The landscaped grounds and Gillooly’s lake setting provides a scenic backdrop for outdoor entertaining. The hotel’s Trent’s restaurant caters for small parties to conferences in the restaurant, on the deck or in the garden surrounds. Business groups can make the most of business work stations in rooms with a 24 hour wireless internet connection, the boardroom can accommodate groups of small and focused meetings/ conferences of up to 30 delegates.

General Information and Venue Setup:
- Florist should ensure table arrangements are prepared off-site – flower room facilities are not available for flowers arranging etc. Water damage to carpets will be re-charged to the client.
- St Andrews Boutique Signature Hotel & Spa does not provide staff to assist with décor set-up, off-loading and setting up of flowers, clearing away boxes, leaves and other off-cuts. Should the suppliers require assistance casual labor can be pre-arranged @ R25.00 per staff member per hour (min 4 Hours).
- Candles used must be inner burning candles. Candle and wax damage to linen will be recharged to the client.
- Entertainers and DJ’s may set up equipment according to the times provided herewith. St Andrews Boutique Signature Hotel & Spa does not accept responsibility of equipment left unattended.
- All décor and equipment must be removed directly after the event. St Andrews Boutique Signature Hotel & Spa does not accept responsibility for items left in the venue overnight.
The reception venue can be accessed at the following times on the day of the Wedding:
- 06h00 for set-up of breakfast / Brunch Wedding
- 11h00 for set-up of Lunche on Wedding
- 16h00 for set-up of Dinner Wedding
